About me
I enjoyed my career as a professional in several cities and countries for more than 15 years, the last ones working at the Executive level. I experienced the challenges that executives face when climbing the corporate ladder: the internal questioning, the high levels of stress that this escalation entails, as well as the experience of navigating the cultural differences of living and working abroad.
My passion for personal development inspired me to enter the world of individual transformation and eventually to align my internal values with my doing, integrated into my current role as a personal and executive coach.
Traveling and exploring is my passion as well, I have lived in 5 countries and visited more than 30, still, many more to visit. I practice meditation, yoga, and enjoy reading books about personal development and spirituality. My purpose is to help others discover themselves as unique individuals to become the most authentic version of themselves.
